  I may be a bit bias here.  So be warned.
  
  I used to go to a high school near here, and always enjoyed Pho as a kid. Been to numerous pho places around the city, but I still find this Pho place, the only place that hits the spot.
  
  I have only eaten TWO things on the menu. I get the SAME thing EVERY SINGLE TIME.  I get the their special XL pho and the crispy spring rolls. Nothing more, nothing less. The spring rolls are ALWAYS crispy, and I always get full afterwards.
  
  There is only one downside to this. I get super thirsty for the rest of the day. Like all Pho places, their soup contains a lot of MSG. So remember to drink more water!

  Came here with a colleague today for a quick bite to eat. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that it was so humid and hot. It's seasonally warm right now in September so I wish they would've turned on the AC. Anyways but the end of our meal they had turned it on. She were seated fairly quickly. Service overall is abrupt but fast. I ordered the vermicelli with pork and a spring roll. I was pleasantly surprised with the type of noodle they used. I enjoyed my meal a lot and would definitely recommend and come back here again.

  Pho 88 was always my favourite! The Bamburgh Cirle location was always packed because of how great their pho is! However, after my last visit, i feel like they have gone downhill. The restaurant does not feel clean, chairs and tables feels sticky and slimy. Had to wipe it down myself with tea and a napkin even after they have wiped it with a cloth. Service was fast and efficient like always, pho comes within minutes of ordering. Flavour is great, but the noodles have changed. They don't taste the same as they used it. It seems to easily break and is not smooth. Overall, food has gone down, and the area just needs a major cleaning. It felt uncomfortable even before eating. There is definitely room for improvement, hope they are able to fix it and restore to its usual standards. Will try again in the later future.

  Their beef soup noodle is ok.  Special spicy beef noodle soup isn't spicy and the soup is too thick.  Green bean with jelly has too much jelly, too less green bean, and it's not made with mung bean.  Place is dirty and service is terrible.  Most of the waitresses are rude.

  Still a fan & my first choice for pho! It is located in Bamburgh Circle plaza and parking here can be tough during meal times. The restaurant itself is big and has plenty of tables but it gets very busy especially during dinner. Tables can seat up to four but some are placed next to each other. There may be times when you are sitting close to a stranger. Utensils are self serve and they give you a menu sheet to write down what you want.
  
  I've been consistently ordering 119- Ve Don- Beef Brisket Pho and sometimes trying the Pho with BBQ chicken. For 119, I've never found a place that matches their type of cut and it is amazingly tender and juicy which is why this is still my favorite pho of all time. The BBQ chicken is cooked very well and delicious but I find the portion of the chicken to be quite small. It seems as if the size of the chicken remains the same despite upsizing the pho... The broth is extremely tasty and noodles are cooked perfectly.
  
  Sadly the price of everything went up and now the spring rolls are $4.75 for 2. I don't find the size of the spring rolls consistent but it is yummy. I wouldn't always get it because it is pretty pricey. However, it is also enough to share with one other person.
  
  Service is a hit or miss, but usually efficient. If you're looking for a quick bite, this is a great spot to come to!
